At the Denver Section ExCom on Tues. Sept. 16, voted to appoint Sanjeev Pannala to fill Section Chair position.  This resulted in the Secretary position being vacant and the Section ExCom also voted to appoint Lucy Talley, our Newsletter Editor, as our new Secretary.  We are looking for a new Newsletter Editor as a result.  Congratulation to Sanjeev and Lucy in their new roles.  Mona and Aakriti remain as Vice Chair and Treasurer respectively.

Jeff Hardy has stepped down as Section Chair and is now our Past Chair relieving Jim Sipes from his 3 three years in that role.  Jeff had stayed chair an extra year after his term ended while we brought new volunteers into the Section leadership. Our thanks to Jeff for extending his leadership through this period.

Denver Section is midway through it’s two year election cycle so Jeff’s departure as Chair required the Section ExCom to fill the vacant roles through the current term ending Dec. 31, 2026.  New elections for all Section Officers will therefore take place as scheduled in the fall of 2026.
